Sales Support Specialist (Global Design MNC)

Their KL office serves as a regional hub, supporting clients with premium furniture, ergonomic planning, and collaborative design execution. With a strong emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and people‑centric design, they are expanding their Sales Support team to elevate project delivery and client engagement.

Job Description

  • Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, and support project bids for Malaysia and occasionally Singapore.
  • Interpret AutoCAD drawings and collaborate with design teams to ensure layout accuracy.
  • Support sales presentations, RFP / RFI responses, and client pitches with visual and pricing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Drawing, Operations, OFT, SPQ) to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Engage with clients to clarify project requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Successful Applicant

  • 2–3 years of experience in pre‑sales support within interior design industries.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Comfortable working across teams and occasionally engaging with clients.
