Job description
  • Client Communication & Project Coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
  • Manage and follow up on multiple digital marketing projects with internal teams
  • Coordinate with creative, performance, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns
  • Ensure all campaign elements align with the client's brand, brief, objectives, and KPIs
  • Campaign Execution & Monitoring
  • Assist in executing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
  • Track project milestones and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables including content calendars, reports, and ad material.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Work with the performance team to measure and report campaign results (ROI, reach, engagement, etc.)
  • Support in identifying optimization opportunities based on data insights
  • Prepare post-campaign analysis decks or reports for client presentations
  • Research & Strategic Support
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to support campaign planning
  • Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative marketing strategies
