Group Head of Finance

Lead and manage the finance functions across all hospitality properties under the group, including hotels, resorts, F&B outlets, and leisure facilities.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for all business units.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., MFRS / IFRS), and internal controls.

Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights to senior leadership and support business decisions.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and financing strategies to maintain the financial health of the group.

Drive cost optimization, revenue management, and margin improvement initiatives.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

Implement and monitor standard operating procedures and financial policies across all entities.

Supervise financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis at the group level.

Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment feasibility studies within the hospitality portfolio.

Lead, develop, and mentor a team of finance professionals at group and property levels.

Oversee ERP or financial systems improvements for efficient reporting and control.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is required.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role , preferably in the hospitality or service industry .

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis.

Proven ability to lead multi-property finance functions in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel across properties if required.
