The position is titled Assistant Commercial Manager in our company.
Responsibility
- Support Commercial team on new product developments, from scratch to product finalization. Work with R&D, Technical, Purchasing, Planning, QA and Production team, ensure all information is passed down the line before actual product launching.
- Provide effective customer service by resolving issues, following up on complaints, managing ongoing orders through internal systems, addressing export / import matters, and supporting audits.
- Submit quarterly costings to customers and ensure timely approvals are obtained in accordance with established timelines.
- Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong relationships with key accounts and identifying opportunities with potential new customers. Prepare presentation materials and proposals for client meetings.
- Prepare and manage documentation for NPRA (National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency) registration of existing and new products. Ensure timely updates if there are changes to registered products.
- Monitor customers' monthly collections and outstanding payments and escalate the correct information to the direct supervisor.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Education Level
Minimum Bachelor's Degree.Preferable Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Economics / Commerce or equivalent.Working Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in the OEM / ODM such as those has working experience as Customer Service / Sales Executive / Purchasing Executive / Accounts Manager, or in the related field.Special Knowledge / Skill
Experience of export / import process and management.Knowledge in manufacturing environment especially in Home / Personal Care.Proficiency in MS Office and SAP exposure.
