Ansell is looking for E-learning Development Consultant based in Cyberjaya .

This role will be responsible for the design, development, and management of e-learning modules to support Ansell’s global sales teams and customers. This role requires both instructional design expertise and hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, HR, and IT), as well as external vendors and consultants, to ensure content is engaging, accurate, brand‑aligned, and regularly updated. A key focus of this role is managing Ansell’s LMS platforms, including content uploading, learner enrollment, and performance tracking through quarterly reporting.

What your role will be in details?

You will be :

  • Lead and manage the design and development of engaging, interactive e-learning modules across various industries.
  • Oversee the full content lifecycle, including documentation, editing, fact-checking, proofreading, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to upload and launch product training on LMS platforms.
  • Administer the LMS : upload content, assign modules, manage learner enrollments, track progress, and generate training analytics and quarterly reports.
  • Ensure all content complies with Ansell’s brand guidelines and learning standards.
  • Monitor and integrate e-learning trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve learner engagement and training effectiveness.
  • Translate business needs into learning solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and internal clients.
  • Manage external vendors to deliver content on time and within budget, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.
  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of training programs; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Maintain technical proficiency in key e-learning tools and platforms, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Oracle LMS, Litmos, HighSpot, and Brainshark.
  • Participate in global team calls and meetings, including outside of standard working hours when necessary.
  • Support additional tasks or projects as required by leadership.
  • What you will bring?

  • Proven experience managing LMS platforms : content uploads, user enrollment, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong instructional design and content development skills for digital learning.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with high standards for accuracy and consistency.
  • A self‑starter who works independently, takes initiative, and meets deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Effective communicator with solid problem‑solving skills and ability to manage cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Prior experience in Learning & Development, particularly within technical or operational environments.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams is an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • This is a remote position which requires the E-learning Development Consultant to have their own laptop to carry out tasks. Working hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, the E-learning Development Consultant is required to be online and available on Microsoft Teams for this duration. On occasion, E-learning Development Consultant will be required to attend in‑person meetings in our Cyberjaya office. These meetings will be scheduled ahead of time to allow travel arrangements to be made.
