We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team. This role suits someone with strong frontend and backend experience, capable of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance our web applications.

What You'll Do

Fullstack Development & Ownership : Design, build, and maintain web applications across the full stack. Write clean, efficient, and testable code using modern frameworks. Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Technical Collaboration & Product Delivery : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively and in a timely manner.

System Design & Optimization : Participate in architectural reviews and technical decision-making. Optimize application performance and scalability. Contribute to system and codebase documentation.

AI & Tooling Enablement : Utilize AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding platforms) to enhance productivity and integrate / suggest tool improvements for team efficiency.

Backend : Node.js, Laravel, PHP, NestJS

Database : MySQL, PostgreSQL

Version Control : Git

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development

Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Laravel, and PHP

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture

Experience in building web applications using NextJS

Experience working with Blade templating engine

Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn

Ability to work independently and drive projects forward

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in utilizing AI tools during development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Cursor, Claude Code)
