Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Assist in the comprehensive troubleshooting of system, network, hardware, and software faults, by offering support through in-person visits, phone communication, or remote assistance tools.
Establish good working relationships with inter-department teams and vendors.
Liaise with other departments or employees in system set ups or solving issues.
Liaise with vendors for purchase and repair of computer hardware, peripherals and any other IT related items.
Support to roll-out new applications at HQ or quarry site offices.
Prioritise work tasks to ensure that IT matters are resolved within the time frame given by senior team members.
Assist in other administrative functions for the department, including filing and retrieving of documents.
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Computer Engineering or any related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in IT support role are encouraged to apply.
Self-motivated, willing to travel and able to work with minimum supervision.
Must possess a valid driving license and own transport (car).
Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and positive attitude towards continuous learning.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well as part of a team.
