Head, Transformation Change Management & Communication
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join Group Transformation Office as Head, Transformation Change Management & Communication, responsible for shaping, leading, and embedding the Bank’s enterprise-wide transformation change management and communication strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Design and lead enterprise-wide change & communications strategy to drive transformation adoption, cultural shifts, and transformation at scale.
- Be the custodian of the transformation narrative – shaping and curating messages that inspire confidence and clarity across employees, leadership, regulators, and external stakeholders.
- Direct large-scale engagement and communication programmes, ensuring consistency of message across multiple channels and audiences.
- Monitor and assess transformation impact – applying insights, sentiment analysis, and data to shape interventions that sustain momentum and address resistance.
- Lead transformation showcases and flagship events, positioning The Group’s transformation as a source of pride internally and credibility externally.
- Build leadership advocacy and alignment, equipping EXCO, sector heads, and senior leaders to be authentic storytellers and champions of change.
- Embed change capability across the organisation by coaching, mentoring, and enabling sector teams to act as enterprise change champions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of transformation with broader business and people agendas.
Requirements :
Significant experience in change management, transformation communications, or enterprise transformation leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated success in leading large-scale organisational change, preferably within a regional or global financial institution or a complex, multi-business corporate.Deep expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) and experience embedding change practices at scale.Proven ability to develop and deliver communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences Strong leadership presence – able to influence at senior stakeholders, while inspiring teams across functions and geographies.Exceptional skills in narrative building, storytelling, and engagement, with the ability to simplify complex strategies into compelling messages that suits all level of the organisationExperience leveraging behavioural insights, analytics, and digital platforms to drive adoption and measure impact of change interventions.A track record of building high-performing teams, developing talent, and creating a culture of collaboration, trust, and agility.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
