About the role

SESPRO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis in Kuala Lumpur. As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our project site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers, tradespeople, and subcontractors on site
  • Monitoring the progress of construction projects and identifying any issues or delays
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies
  • Providing regular progress reports to senior management
  • Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or queries
  • Assisting in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
  • Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality, types, dimension are per the specified

What we\'re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a site supervisor in the construction / interior outfit industry
  • CIDB green card preferred
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Certificates in any field; with ACAD skill is a plus
  • Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Understanding of design drawing, site measurement and site arrangement
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Ability to organize time, site project management and delivery of material
  • Must be able to work after office hours, public holiday when required
  • Able to work under pressure and positive attitude
