Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (fresh graduates encouraged) Basic knowledge of accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (training provided if needed) Good attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred : Chinese speaker Training and development provided Annual leave / Medical leave Allowances (if applicable)
Responsibilities
- Prepare payment vouchers and assist in supplier payments
- Update Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records
- Perform data entry into accounting system – SAP and maintain accurate financial records
- Support month‑end closing activities and document preparation
- Maintain proper filing of finance documentation
- Handle finance‑related email and internal inquiries
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager
