Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in QA / testing roles. Strong experience in test planning, test execution, and defect lifecycle management. Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methods. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ISTQB or equivalent certification. Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, etc. Familiarity with CI / CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD). Experience preparing UAT scripts and managing UAT cycles. Agile / Scrum team experience. Postman, SoapUI Selenium, Cypress, Katalon JMeter Excel / Google Sheets (for UAT script preparation)
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans (functional, regression, performance, and UAT).
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Lead and oversee UAT script preparation, execution, and defect management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable and validated.
- Mentor and review the work of junior QA team members.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues.
- Support documentation and contribute to user training materials.
- Collaborate with the consultant team for UAT execution.
- Collaborate with the system support team for user training.
