What would you be doing
Coordinate day-to-day tasks and operational workflows between the Operations, Customer Service, and internal project teams.
Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
Maintain and update project documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and reports.
Track project and task milestones, follow up on action items, and flag any risks or delays.
Prepare internal updates, presentations, and progress reports for key stakeholders.
Support system-related tasks, including updating CRM tools like Fasttrack and Smartico.
Assist in basic HTML tasks (e.g., formatting emails, content updates) when needed.
To be successful in this role
1-2 years of experience in a Project Executive, Project Coordinator, or Operations Support role.
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong awareness and sharp attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.
Working knowledge of CRM tools (Fasttrack, Smartico) and basic HTML.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to collaborate across teams.
Proven adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
