As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives. You will engage with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and collaborate closely with them throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and define candidate profiles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and talent availability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitmentStrong understanding of recruitment processes and best practicesProven ability to source and attract high-quality candidatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systemsThose without experience but is keen to learn and willing to put in extra effors is also encourage to applyMay be require to come to Singapore for 1 to 2 months for training
