Responsibilities : - -To support office admin and Sales Team in general administration activities -To assist in sales and project administration works such as contract filing, database management, prepare agenda and minutes of meeting, exhibition license and insurance application, compile / generate relevant reports and etc. -To assist in booking allocation and new sales enquiries assignment and follow up with sales team for progress update -To track and document all clients and prospect communications and interactions in CRM database -To maintain good rapport and strong client relationship -To arrange wreath stand / flower stand for VIP Client’s family or Exhibitors -To replenish office refreshment and stationery -To arrange courier services, dispatch arrangement, documents and parcels collection from courier -To assist in other ad-hoc assignments [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-c-i-s-network-sdn-bhd-job-internship-project-admin]
Requirements : -SPM leavers / fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply -On the job training shall be provided -Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office -Strong communication skills, spoken and verbally in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Knowledge in Mandarin language will be an added advantage) -Possess multi-tasking skills and work independently with minimum supervision -A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to continually improve performance -Result oriented and able to work under customized target requirements
