Responsibilities
- Actively source and screen potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for our clients' needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.
- Manage assigned project team (planning, supervising, execution) to ensure that it's meeting the client's expectations.
- Assist with various HR-related tasks, such as workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition roleA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldOpen for fresh graduatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in English in both written and verbal formsThe ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantageOther information
