We’re growing our Melaka team and looking for a Recruiter to help us connect top talent with leading industry players in the energy sectors. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers — while working alongside our Account / Business Managers on exciting global projects.

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals & ATS
• Screen CVs, run interviews, and assess candidate suitability
• Negotiate offers and support smooth onboarding
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Contribute to continuous improvement in our recruitment processes
