Responsibilities :
- Lead and embed The COG Wa to build a team of engaged, high‑performing brand and product ambassadors
- Act as the voice of in‑store experience, sharing insights and collaborating with Brand partners to shape future initiatives
- Partner with Retail and Merchandising teams to deliver consistent, country‑relevant store experiences that protect and elevate Brand DNA
- Review in‑store execution and make commercial and customer‑focused decisions to drive performance and contribution
- Remove friction points and ensure the team has what they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all channels
- Brief and guide the team to deliver monthly visual sets in line with Brand plans and the VM Framework
- Lead the execution of new brand initiatives and localized trade actions with sound judgment and market insight
- Set clear expectations, review performance, and provide feedback and coaching using the Group Performance Framework
- Drive team wellness, engagement, and development to enable succession and retention
- Lead by example in creating a safe, inclusive, and values‑driven workplace aligned with the Safety Matters Framework
