What You'll Do
- Oversee full restaurant operations (kitchen, floor, service)
- Lead and inspire a high-performing F&B team
- Deliver top-tier guest experiences, especially for VIP & Mandarin-speaking clients
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Manage P&L, budgeting, inventory, and supplier relations
- Execute promotional and marketing strategies
