Your new role

You will be operating at the absolute top end of the recruitment industry, working with large and complex organisations and placing C-level / senior executives for Southeast Asia. The desk you will be managing has some established relationships with clients; you will take responsibility for ensuring these relationships are maintained, as well as developing and pitching for business with further top level clients to ensure you are building Hays market share.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to work as part of a team that is ambitious of continued growth. You will enjoy the challenge of working on varied and sometimes complex vacancies that require an inquisitive mind and a consultative approach. You must be prepared to succeed in a competitive client marketplace and identify, attract and manage in-demand candidates. It is therefore essential that your candidate attraction methods and control are second to none. Due to the nature of the clientele, it is important that you are articulate and credible with strong influencing and presentational skills in order to succeed in this role.
