The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist with company expansion by initiating, managing, and optimizing HR processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with TECO HQ and company goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee retention, and performance management.
- Manage compensation and benefits plans, collaborating with outsourcing companies as needed.
- Address employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Work closely with senior management on HR planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and hiring channels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Chinese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
