Job descriptionHandle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing prompt and accurate information to prospective customers. Develop a strong understanding of Konwa Industries' industrial machinery products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients. Qualify leads and identify customer needs, tailoring sales presentations and proposals to address specific requirements and pain points. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the company's CRM system. Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and build long-term relationships. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer support. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge. Annual Leave ABPA Insurance Medical Leave SOCSO & EIS 5 Working Days
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Strong customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques to effectively promote and sell industrial machinery products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Effective negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets.
- Willingness to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
