Production Injection Manager

Responsibilities :

• Lead, plan, supervise, and manage all injection molding production activities to achieve quality, quantity, and delivery targets.
• Ensure injection molding machines, molds, and equipment are well maintained to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement production strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Supervise and train team members (supervisors, technicians & operators) to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance and support to achieve KPIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with maintenance, quality, and R&D teams.
• Oversee product quality control, ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, 5S, and other quality standards.
• Prepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly production reports to management.
• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational cost optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement, process enhancement, and automation initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by management.
