Assistant Company Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Attend Board meetings and prepare timely minutes of meetings.
  • Prepare and lodge annual statutory documents with the authorities in a timely manner.
  • Work with minimum supervision and demonstrate a mature, independent, self-motivated, responsible attitude.

Qualifications

  • CGI (ICSA) qualification / CGQP (ICSA) finalist / SSM Licensed Secretary.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial firm.
  • Conversant with the requirements and provisions of the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Have experience in attending Board meetings and preparing timely minutes of meetings.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
