This role is in charge of all administrative duties for the Quality Department, including coordinating with HR and payroll for attendance and maintaining department files.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Attendance and Documentation :
- Update attendance and email to HOD
- Record and photocopy leave forms / medical certificates for HR submission
- Maintain and update training records, including attendance
2. Inventory and Resource Management :
Monitor and maintain usage of A4 paper as per section ordersTrack and ensure proper usage of PPEConduct monthly inventory and update stock records within the FozOne GroupMonitor and update the block store stock at Auto count for accuracy3. Calibration and ISO Compliance :
Update the Calibration Masterlist, follow up on calibration due dates, and coordinate with external suppliersTrack Calibration PR and maintain ISO forms for inspectionUpdate monthly calibration cost summary report4. Purchasing and Financial Records :
Issue purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and remittance requestsPrepare and maintain Capex approval lists5. Scrap and Inventory Control :
Receive, verify, and log scrap items in the AUTOCOUNT systemEnsure scrap form approval by Production HOD, Quality HOD, GM and verify inventory quantities for accuracyConduct monthly inventory within the FozOne Group6. Administrative Support :
Prepare monthly duty rostersPerform tasks assigned by the immediate superiorUpdate departments training records (IPQC, OQC, Metrology) and training attendance7. Weekly Gemba Audit :
Conduct weekly Internal Gemba Audit with DCC PICJob Qualification :
Minimum Certificate or equivalentBasic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standardsFamiliar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of QC data collection and QC chart creationKnowledge of the EPDM SystemWhy Join Us?
