Use the Fire and Explosion Prevention Mobilization Order as the primary work focus, break down the order issued by headquarters into actionable tasks, develop a special task list, and coordinate the implementation of each task.

Provide technical support to factories for the implementation of the Fire and Explosion Prevention Mobilization Order

Re-identify the company’s significant fire risks, develop special work plans for risk reduction, and drive effective implementation of the plans.

Study inherent fire safety technologies in battery production processes, and organize targeted fire prevention technical modifications in each factory.

Coordinate fire safety inspections for special projects such as Strict Control of Materials and Battery Self-Ignition, and drive closed-loop rectification of identified hazards.

Regularly analyze the results of various fire prevention inspections, assess risk trends, improve fire protection measures, and prepare special reports

Other tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or above, Preferred majors include Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields

Over 5 years of safety-related working experience in manufacturing enterprises.

More than 2 years of experience in fire prevention and explosion protection.

Strong awareness of fire risks, with knowledge of fire risk prevention and control methods.

Holder of SHO or BOMBA-related certification.

Proficient in risk analysis (e.g., HAZOP) and risk management.

Experienced in accident / incident investigation, analysis, and handling procedures.

Skilled in applying commonly used EHS technologies and tools.

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a certain level of regulatory and information sensitivity.

Solid experience in safety risk identification and analysis, with the ability to propose risk improvement measures.

Be familiar with national, local, and industry laws, regulations, and standards related to fire protection, occupational health and safety, hazardous chemicals management, and fire and explosion prevention.

Have a solid understanding of fire mechanisms, explosion mechanisms, and corresponding preventive measures.

Master the principles and technologies of fire and explosion prevention in various scenarios such as flammable gases, dust, chemicals, and electrical systems.

Be proficient in applying safety risk analysis and assessment methods such as HAZOP, LOPA, FTA, and FMEA.
