Job descriptionSPM qualification or equivalent (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues. (AC & Plumbing knowledge / experience is an advantage) Proficiency with technical tools and equipment. Good communication in English & Bahasa Melayu. Organized, responsible, and efficient with time management. Keen to learn and improve technical skills. Valid driver's license (GDL is an advantage). What You'll Do
- Install, calibrate, and commission water & beverage dispensing equipment.
- Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and maintain service schedules.
- Troubleshoot & repair equipment on-site with minimal downtime.
- Prepare service reports, calibration logs, and parts usage records.
- Provide on-site support during urgent breakdowns and service calls.
- Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre- & post-sales activities.
- Arrange delivery, unpacking, and provide basic end-user training.
- Stay updated on new technologies and technical standards.
What We're Looking For
Important : This role may involve working with beer-related equipment (non-halal) . Candidates must be comfortable handling such equipment.
