We operate 3 business segments : Corporate Secretary : Automating company incorporation, secretarial, filing, nominee director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign. We are a market leader in Singapore with a 5% market share of all new business incorporations. Accounting & Bookkeeping : Redefining Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll through SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service. FinTech payments : Providing digital banking services to new businesses. Sleek launched in 2017 and serves around 15,000 customers across offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have about 500 staff with an intact startup mindset. We have raised Series B financing on the back of strong growth and have been recognized by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as a fast-growing company in Asia. We are on track to be a cash-flow-positive, tech-enabled unicorn based out of Singapore. Requirements

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer excited about the mission and outcomes below. Mission

Lead Sleek's global finance function, providing strategic financial leadership to the Board, investors, and lenders. Ensure Sleek's financial preparedness for a potential IPO. Outcomes

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) : Develop and implement a robust strategic financial planning process that supports long-term growth and IPO readiness, including forecasting methodologies, scenario planning, and capital expenditure analysis to inform operating and Board-level decisions. Capital Allocation & Fundraising : Optimize the company's capital structure and develop strategies for efficient capital allocation; lead fundraising rounds including pre-IPO financing, engaging with investors and lenders. Risk Management & Compliance : Oversee financial risk management frameworks (currency, interest rate, operational risks) and ensure adherence to financial regulations, governance standards, and internal controls for public-company readiness. Global Financial Operations & Scalability : Enhance and automate global financial systems to support international expansion and complexity, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and create a central repository of core Finance systems, decisions and workflows. Tax Strategy & Optimization : Develop a global tax strategy that minimizes liabilities while ensuring compliance in the context of international growth and public company obligations. Leadership & Team Development : Lead the finance organization, fostering a culture of strategic partnership, continuous improvement, and professional development to build a world-class finance team for a public company. Requirements

At least 15 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership position. Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled business. Extensive experience interacting with Boards, institutional investors, and lenders. Experience in preparing a company for an IPO or similar capital market transactions. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. CPA or CFA or equivalent qualification. The interview process is expected to last up to 3 weeks from start to finish. It may be conducted via video call or in person depending on location and role. Case study / career deep dive : 60–90 minute session with a Leadership Team member to discuss real-life challenges and approaches. Behavioural fit assessment : 60 minute session with the CEO to discuss recent work situations and thinking approach. Reference interviews : Two 15-minute calls with previous colleagues.
