Sales Support Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Support Specialist. The role is based in Petaling, with opportunities for remote work. Everyday tasks include supporting sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating communication between teams to enhance the sales cycle efficiency and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in problem-solving
• Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Effective Communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams
• Experience in Sales Operations and familiarity with sales support processes
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work setting, demonstrating time management and flexibility
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
