Requirements
- Experience : Minimum 2–5 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruitment and generalist HR functions. Prior experience in both in-house and agency settings is advantageous.
- Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), as the role requires frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.Develop and execute sourcing strategies via online platforms, social networks, internal referrals, and partnerships with recruitment agencies / headhunters.Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and provide consultative support on market talent availability.2. Onboarding & Employee Integration
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for new hires.Conduct and continuously improve orientation programs to align new employees with company culture and policies.3. Reporting & Talent Insights
Track recruitment KPIs and generate regular reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.Provide hiring status updates to management and assist in reviewing and improving recruitment strategies.4. HR Generalist Support
Support key HR functions including employee relations, performance reviews, training coordination, and HR documentation.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve employee engagement and workplace efficiency.5. Employer Branding & Culture Building
Collaborate with marketing or branding teams to enhance the company’s employer brand on job platforms and social media.Organize or support internal engagement activities, team-building events, and other HR initiatives.Benefits
