Position Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible for ensuring the achievement and continual growth of any channel’s sales and profit objectives to support HRMS and Accounting software.

Focus on early and high growth in HRMS and Accounting software for all business clients, overseeing maximizing outbound activity and owning the sales process from obtaining leads to onboarding.Provide presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.Achieve monthly and yearly sales KPIs assigned by the company.Research, identify, and prospect new business opportunities to build up the sales pipeline.Submit sales reports to Management in a timely and orderly manner.Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, or conferences on behalf of the company to promote Info-Tech Cloud HRMS and accounting solutions.Target and influence new customers to use Info-Tech’s range of products.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.Main Requirements
The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.Good communication skills and fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Possess basic knowledge of government statutory requirements in Malaysia such as EPF, Employment Act, and SOCSO (an added advantage).Strong relationship-building and networking skills with clients.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
