As a Key Account , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of content for all campaigns and promotions at Traveloka across Singapore and Malaysia . You act as the bridge between stakeholders and the creative team of copywriters, visual designers, and multimedia designers, digesting incoming briefs and ensuring project details are clarified and tightened before delegating to the team . You will work very closely with the Creative Lead, acting as their right-hand person to support their creative strategy, manage day-to-day technical workflow, task assignments, and ensure project execution aligns with timelines and quality standards . You will also actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, internal pitch presentations, and process improvements to enhance collaboration between the marketing and creative teams.
Main Areas
- End-to-end stakeholder and project management across multiple business units and cross-functional teams in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Work very closely with the Creative Lead, supporting their oversight of big-picture creative strategy while handling day-to-day technical workflow and task management.
- Oversee workload traffic to the creative team, including task allocation, manhour management, and ensuring all stakeholder requests are clarified before delegation.
- Support QC for copy and assets to ensure alignment with the brief, acting as the final checkpoint together with the Creative Lead for campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and implement workflow and task management processes to streamline collaboration between stakeholders and creative teams.
Responsibilities
Digest incoming briefs and ensure project details are clarified and tightened before delegating to the team.Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and resource tracking (manpower, timelines, deliverables).Oversee daily task queues, coordinate assignments across multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure timely delivery of assets.Review English and local language content produced or translated by copywriters and ensure localization quality.Work closely with the Creative Lead to conduct QC of all work produced by internal teams and freelancers before submission to stakeholders.Ensure all visuals and copywriting meet a high standard of quality across campaigns, interfaces, and media channels.Support creative development for campaigns through team briefings, project discussions, and work delegation.Advise stakeholders on workflow, timelines, and deliverables, and negotiate adjustments when necessary.Improve collaboration processes between marketing and creative teams to achieve smoother workflows and meet deadlines.Communicate proactively with stakeholders and team members, managing changing priorities and resolving blockers.Be a thought partner to the marketing team to ensure overall business objectives are met while collaborating closely with production teams, brand identity teams, and external parties to deliver high-quality assets.Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in an e-commerce, agency, or creative team environment, with project management or copywriting / editorial background.Fluency in English and local languages (min. iBT 100 or equivalent if editor / copywriter background).Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and marketing campaigns.Critical thinking and the ability to persuade audiences through storytelling.Exceptional organizational, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Experience in creating and localizing content for marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to convey and challenge ideas to support marketing campaign creation for regional customers.Critical eye for detail, self-driven in accomplishing projects, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and negotiate timelines effectively.Bonus / Preferred Skills
