About the Role

This is a contract opportunity to contribute to cutting‑edge AI projects. The role involves designing realistic conversations in Chinese to train and improve Large Language Models (LLMs). You’ll be simulating real‑world interactions between users and AI assistants, ensuring natural, context‑aware, and logically sound dialogues.

Responsibilities

• Create multi‑turn conversations between users and AI assistants.
• Simulate real‑world tool usage (e.g., calendar, maps, email).
• Ensure dialogues follow formatting and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistency.
• Iterate based on feedback to improve realism and accuracy.
