Job description

Requirements

  • Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
  • Attend to enquiry via phone calls
  • Schedule patient’s appointment
  • Process invoice and payment collections
  • Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels
  • Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
  • Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
  • To perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

  • At least SPM
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
  • Be open to learning new things
  • Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking customers and colleagues.
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
