Senior AI Engineer

Our mission is to make organizations better with the power of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help us take our products to the next level.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain AI-based solutions for document processing workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement machine learning algorithms that improve document processing accuracy and efficiency

Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure high-quality input data for AI models

Train, test, and validate machine learning models for document processing tasks

Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments

Continuously research and evaluate the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning, and integrate these into our products as appropriate

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields

At least 5 years of experience in AI-based software development, with a focus on Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision

Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Flink

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
