Web Designer

TeamNetmore is Looking for Creative and Detail-Oriented Web Designer.  In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our clients' needs and brand identity. You will collaborate closely with developers and other team members to ensure seamless implementation of designs.  -Design and develop creative website mock-ups based on client requirements, ensuring compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. -Design Tools : Utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The company will provide the necessary software licenses. -Conduct Website research to generate design concepts and ideas. -Create mobile-responsive designs by developing mock-ups compatible with desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. -Design graphic elements related to the website, including banners and other visual assets. -Perform ad-hoc design tasks as required, such as saving and editing images, organizing design files, and conducting research. -Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible, optimized for implementation, and meet project requirements. • A Bachelor’s Degree in UI / UX Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or a related field. -At least 3-5 years of experience in a Web Designer role, with a portfolio showcasing web design projects. -Expertise in Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other related design tools (additional skills are a plus). -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing stress and challenges effectively. -Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. -Ability to work independently, taking initiative and delivering on client requests autonomously. -A keen attention to detail, ensuring that every design element is meticulously aligned and cohesive to create visually appealing designs. -Innovative and creative mindset, staying updated on emerging industry trends and applying them to design work. -Only open to Malaysian citizens. -Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous as it facilitates communication with clients from Taiwan and Hong Kong. -Excellent communication skills are a must, as the role requires collaboration and support with both teams and clients.
