Site Engineer

Join Taju Sejati Sdn Bhd as a Site Engineer in our Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur office. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and oversee all on‑site construction activities, including monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, budgeting and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and compile detailed progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Manage site daily activity and supervise the work of subcontractors and site personnel.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction methodologies and best practices.
