Role Overview :

The Retail Operation Executive plays a vital role in ensuring efficient store operations, consistent performance, and superior customer experience across multiple outlets. The position is responsible for supporting daily operations, driving sales performance, enforcing compliance with company standards, and fostering a culture of teamwork and service excellence. This role also bridges communication between the headquarters and store teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand direction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth execution, proper staff deployment, and high operational standards.
  • Monitor and analyze outlet performance, sales reports, and KPIs to identify improvement areas and implement effective action plans.
  • Support and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, store hygiene, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop Branch Managers and store staff to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to build a capable and customer-focused retail team.
  • Conduct regular store visits and meetings to review performance, share updates, and strengthen engagement.
  • Liaise with HQ departments such as Marketing, HR, and Training to ensure smooth coordination and execution of company policies and programs.
  • Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions for continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Support the implementation of company-wide initiatives to maintain consistency and alignment with brand standards.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multi-outlet or chain retail environment.
  • Proven ability in managing store operations, sales performance, and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for store visits and operational audits.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin language skill is an added advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in visual merchandising, marketing coordination, or customer experience management will have an added advantage.
