Requirements

Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Candidates must possess at least SPM
We encourage fresh graduate to join us
Possess own transport
Independent, self-motivated and responsible with positive working attitude
Strong learning attitude and eager for self-development
Have higher level of enthusiasm and up to challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge in property is an advantage
Real Estate Negotiator is full commission base

Responsibilities

Attend customer enquiries

Able to work during weekends and public holidays

Attend property roadshow

Build and maintain relationship with potential prospect

Source for property listing

To market new development for sale

To market properties for sale / rental

To provide excellent sales service to clients

To execute marketing plans and follow up sales

To conduct negotiation on terms and conditions for sale / rental

To present clients real estate investment opportunities
