Graphic Designer (ADAPTUS)

At Adaptus, GDP’s studio for Communication Design, Wayfinding, and 3D Visualization, we create impactful visuals that bring clarity to projects across the built environment. We are hiring a Graphic Designer with 1-4 years of experience to design for print and digital brochures, publications, presentations, and social media content. Strong layout, typography, and Adobe Creative Suite skills are required, plus a passion for clear visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams, GDP studios, and external consultants to develop coordinated design and communication solutions. Design and produce visual assets across a range of formats, including publications, brochures, booklets, reports, digital presentations, and social media. Support project teams by creating clear visual representations and graphics to communicate design ideas and options. Ensure design outputs align with GDP’s brand identity and project objectives. Communicate progress and provide regular updates to the Design Manager, Project Manager, or Department Lead. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Qualifications

1 - 4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within architecture, design, or related creative industries. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout for both print and digital formats. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or other motion tools is a plus. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Highly organized with good time management skills.
