Responsibilities
- Incident Resolution : Promptly address and resolve SAP FICO module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Change Request Management : Provide advice and solution to meet business change expectation; to meet the agreed delivery datelines.
- Service Request Management : Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
- Configuration and Customization : Contribute to the configuration and customization of FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
- Meeting SLA : Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of SAP FICO, SD and understanding integration topics to other modules.Hands-on project experience in S / 4HANA is an advantage.Knowledge in programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.Fluent in English (verbal and written).Please send your updated CV to if the role is relevant to your experience.
