A leading IT solutions provider that has been in Malaysia for over 10 years is looking to expand their operations. Through their growing demands and higher volume of projects, a vacancy for a Senior Business Analyst has been created to support their multinational clients.

about the job

As the Senior Business Analyst , you will be responsible for bridging requirements for enterprise-scale projects to enable the company to transform their client's applications, which will enhance business functions, oversee implementation, and provide technical insights on the applications being implemented. You will also be accountable for leading the consulting team to set proper practices, and support the entire project cycle with relevant stakeholders. Due to the nature of the project, having previous experience in ERP implementation will be highly crucial in understanding project risks.

job requirements

• At least 5 years of experience
• Prior exposure to ERP implementation
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP / D365 F&O or Dynamics AX
• Experience with Agile or SCRUM methodologies preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
