Senior Manager Industrial Engineering

Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital, & Material) using DMAIC approaches.

Job Description

In this role, you will :

• Lead and manage the ESI and NLoP teams.
• Provide guidance to IE engineers, deploying IE tools and methodologies for studies, data collection, and projects.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate within teams to resolve problems.
• Establish manufacturing standards and KPIs annually, identify gaps, and formulate actions to address them. Work with Operations to gain buy-in for standards / KPIs related to TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance.
• Ensure data quality for the Basic IE database, including standards for Labor, Material Usage Factor, Operation Cycle Time, UPH, and OEE.
• Be responsible for segment YoY productivity, continuously exploring efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
