Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, air / sea freight, and logistics services.
Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve assigned sales targets
- Conduct client visits, present logistics solutions, and provide quotations / proposals.
- Collaborate with internal operations, customer service, and overseas agents to ensure smooth service execution.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company pricing and margin expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service mindset with solution-oriented thinking.Good command of English (spoken & written).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.Able to work independently and under pressure with a target-driven attitude.Own car and valid driver’s license is a plus.
