Do you love challenges?

You will be responsible for searching new suitable partners and suppliers, coordinating the relevant network and drawing up framework agreements together with the purchasing department.
You will also be responsible for processing resource requests, handling contracts and filling project requirements - both nationally and internationally - in the Global Business Managed Services environment.
You will also ensure the fulfilment of the RSM approval process and be the contact person for our staffing tool and responsible for skills management.
You will also interact with other Global Resource Managers and other business units such as Controlling, Legal or Compliance to fulfil your tasks.
In your role, you will support the adaptation and optimisation of existing Resource & Supplier Management processes.

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

2-3 years of of relevant expereince.

You are characterised by an independent, structured and proactive way of working as well as communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Your working style is characterised by calm and level-headed action, even in challenging situations.

Intercultural competence is one of your strengths.

Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
