Digital Technology Helpdesk support role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users who need assistance with their computer hardware or software. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role :

Respond to User Inquiries : Address questions and issues related to app.

Log and Track Issues : Maintain records of customer or employee queries and resolutions.

Troubleshoot Technical Problems : Diagnose and resolve issues.

User Training : Train users in the proper use of app.

Answering Calls / e-mails : Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.

Handling Complaints : Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
