Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content strategy that aligned with the client’s brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate proactively with clients, copywriters, videographers, and the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
- Plan basic media buys for content needs and analyse content performance for optimisation opportunities (experience with setting up basic boosts / ads will be an advantage).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure social media content performance, optimising strategies to maximize client KPIs and making insights easily understandable.
- Identify and leverage user-generated content and other relevant opportunities to enhance brand advocacy and community engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to seize new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Approach tasks proactively and positively, demonstrating excellent communication and confident presentation skills (internal or external).
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Work independently while being a team player, demonstrating strong time management skills and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities (If any).
- Provide guidance and structure to juniors for progression toward team leadership roles for this position.
- Candidates with relevant experience or past work in similar roles may be considered for a lead position.
Requirements
