Account Executive

Job Description

• Coordinate with AM / AAD on realistic campaign / project milestones and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager / Director on preparation of marketing campaign recommendations, strategies, and actions for the client.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate media output, creative output, research reports and client data relative to the client’s needs and objectives.
• Provide clients with business updates on a regular basis to demonstrate upcoming opportunities and threats to their business.
• Define project scope, estimate, and write proposals; work with the producer / traffic manager in producing campaign deliverables.
• Monitor all budget, research, and production activity on assigned accounts and communicate project status to appropriate agency and client personnel to meet deadlines.
• Maintain project status reports via weekly WIP, both in attendance and in document.
• Review deliverables against scope to ensure quality meets expectations.
