Java Technical Lead (FSI Environment)

Job description8+ years of Java backend development experience, with leadership exposure. Expertise in Spring / Spring Boot and microservices architecture . Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (, AWS, Azure, OpenShift). Familiarity with DevOps tools , containerization, and CI / CD practices. Bonus : Knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift . Preferred : Experience in banking or financial services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a Java engineering team to build scalable, API-driven microservices.
- Design and develop enterprise backend solutions using Java , Spring , and Spring Boot .
- Drive best practices in clean code, CI / CD, and cloud-native development.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across architecture, product, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security in cloud environments (AWS / OpenShift).
