Job description

Quality calling on written-off accounts to negotiate for full settlement or offer settlement schemes. -Contact written-off customers to obtain information about untraceable vehicles, and persuade customers to surrender the vehicles voluntarily. -Coordinate with repossessors to take proactive action in repossession and disposal of untraceable vehicles. -Monitor repayment of customers enrolled in existing settlement schemes and follow up to ensure timely payments. -Manage inbound inquiries related to written-off accounts. -Provide recommendations for feasible legal actions and participate in the execution. -Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the entire recovery process [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-hiredly-x-job-asset-management-executive-open-to-fresh-grads]

Minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration / Banking / -Finance / or relevant working experience will be considered -Minimum 1 – 2 years of related experience in banking and finance. -Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply. -Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. -Proactive, good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office -Ad hoc travelling is required as part of the role
