Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue growth by supporting the commercial team and aligning initiatives with management objectives.
- Collaborate with the Costing Department to deliver competitive quotations and secure new business.
- Assess customer potential, make strategic decisions, and strengthen customer relationships to ensure business sustainability.
- Safeguard the end-to-end supply chain pipeline for customer orders, ensuring stability and reliability.
- Develop and implement a structured commercial framework to support business expansion and management's vision.
- Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Participate in management meetings, contribute to business strategies, and ensure successful deployment and execution.
- Identify market opportunities and risks, taking proactive steps to maximize business growth and minimize threats.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering talent growth and professional capability.
- Guide the team to achieve KPIs set by management, monitoring performance and motivating employees.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals to support career development and drive team effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service, with exposure to both technical / manufacturing and commercial functions preferred.Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional tasks effectively.Proven ability to inspire, guide, and motivate teams to meet business objectives.Proactive, adaptable, and open-minded, with a strong willingness to embrace new challenges.Job Type : Full-time
